He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Smith of Hamilton, AL; and his children, Richard Wayne Smith Jr. (April), James Bradley Smith Sr. (Tara) and Carrin Juliane. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
