He is survived by: his mother Ruthie Mae Hawkins Warren of Winfield, AL; his niece Ashley Duckworth; his nephews, Phillip Warren, Kevin Warren, Nathan Warren (Misty), Heath Nix (Makala) and Blake Nix (Clayton); and his sisters, Sherry Kay Hendrix (James) of Winfield, AL and Karen Warren of Winfield, AL.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Otts Funeral Home Chapel (4255 US-278, Sulligent, AL 35586). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the Liberty FWB Church Cemetery.
