He is survived by : his wife Carolyn; his children, Addison, Mary Godwin, Carla and John Wells; his grandchildren, Brenton and Haven; his father-in-law JD McLelland; his brothers, Carl (Patti), Harold (Kay) and Danny (Dana); and his brother-in-law Rex McLelland (Terri). He is also survived by 1 nephew, 5 nieces, 8 great-nephews and 4 great-nieces.
