He is survived by: his children, Tina Shirey (Alex) of Ashland, AL, Ken Fordham (Christy) of Woodland, AL and Ryan Fordham (Kelly) of Woodland, AL; his grandchildren, John David Fordham (Lili), Connor Fordham (Alyssa), Maddie Fordham, Andy Fordham, Raegan Shirey and Slade Shirey; his great grandchildren, Titus Fordham and Owen Fordham; and his siblings, Judy Hulse (Dennis), Steven Fordham and Sheila Milstead (Harlan).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
