He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Z. Bailey and Beatrice Jones Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bennett Bailey of Woodland; his children, Candace Ussery (Lee) of Roanoke and Nicholis Bailey of Woodland; and his grandchildren, Lane Ussery and Lee Anna Ussery.
