He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubie William McIntosh and Mildred Hammond McIntosh; his wife Wanda Sue Keaton McIntosh; and his brothers, David Richard McIntosh and John Marvin McIntosh.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa McIntosh of Woodland, Jason McIntosh of Woodland and Jeremy McIntosh (Gayle) of Woodland; and his siblings, Leva Lou Austin of Waco, GA, Linda Britt of Shelbyville, TN and Wallace McIntosh of Mt. Zion, GA. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
