He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe E. Spanick and Ruby Lovelady Spanick; and his son Joel Spanick. He is survived by: his wife Kay C. Spanick; his daughter Anna Wooten (Chris); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Spanick; his siblings, Donna Ledbetter (Jeff) and Bobby Spanick; and his grandchildren, Jillian Spanick, Seth Wooten, Katy Wooten and Joshua Spanick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
