She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy V. Bradley and Helen Scott Bradley; and her daughter Janet Melissa Moon. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy F. Lowe; her sons, Chuck Moon (Katherine Marino) of Arab, Bryan Lowe (Lisa) of Swansboro, Tony McGhee of Rogersville and Jarod Turner (Kelly) of Hayden; her grandchildren, Chasity Robinson (Chase), Christian Lowe (Abbi), Myranda Walker (Blake) and McKenzi Richey (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Mason Robinson and Marly Robinson; and her grandchildren, Mayson Vanderford and GracLynn Moon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
