With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Edward Parish (Alexander, Arkansas), born in Sherrill, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 29, 2025 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie Sr. and Bertha Nicks Parish; his mother Sweetie Mae Parish Tidwell; his siblings, Frances and Lloyd Tidwell; his uncle Charlie Parish Jr.; his aunts, Arlee Thomas and Doris Brooks; his great grandchild CyNaa'Rentals; and his former wife Carolyn "Faye" Davis Parish.
He is survived by: his wife Angela "Angie" Matheson Parish; his children, Carla Parish Ward, Carl Parish (Jana), Chanda Parish, Carol Parish Randle (Lee) and Brian "Eric" Parish; his stepchildren, Cheri Matheson Wilfong (Todd) and Lewis "Jay" Matheson; his siblings, Willie Tidwell Jr. (Barbara), Beverlyn "Dean" Tidwell, Bonita "Nita" Tidwell, Doris Tidwell and Leron "Ronnie" Tidwell (Elsie); and his aunts, Lois Hill and Gloria Coney. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a host of cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
