He is survived by: his sons, David Jr. and Jason; his sisters, Janice Davis (Charlie) and Susan Eslick; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce Davis (Brooklyn), Ben Eslick, Cruz Eslick, Jimbo Nowlin (Theresa), Steve Nowlin, Tim Nowlin, Terri Nowlin and Chris Moore.
