She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Woodard and Molly Woodard of Tuckerman, AR.; her husband W. B. Milam; her son Dennis Milam; and her siblings, Opal Bailey, Oscar Woodard and Clara Mae Bowen.
She is survived by: her sister Johnnie Jean Harkrider of Searcy; her grandchildren, Cristi Bishop (Bryan) and Scott Milam; her great grandchildren, Seth Milam, Taylor Bishop and Kendall Bishop; her nephews, Karyl Bailey (Marcella) and Paul Whitlock; and her great-niece Lori Vesperman (Charles). She is also survived by many other great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Southern Christian Children's Home (Morrilton, AR) (https://schome.org), an organization close to Ethel's heart.
