He was predeceased by: his parents, James N Billingsley and Wanda Billingsley (Fisher); his wife Carolyn Earle Billingsley; and his sister Jean Ranney. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Billingsley (Carmen), Robbie Billingsley (Andrea), Amy Buquoi (Mike) and Sarah Wood; and his siblings, Mary Hunter and H. J. Billingsley. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and six great grand-children.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ashby Funeral Home (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
