She was predeceased by: her parents, Philmore Townsend and Edna Townsend; her siblings, Billy Townsend, Phyllis Ballentine, Betty Maxwell, Bobbie Forbush and Sheila Townsend; her niece Rhonda Burrow; her nephews, Delbert Ballentine Jr. Richard Strickland and Jason Seavers; her great-nephew Anthony Ballentine; and her great-nieces, Cameron Townsend and Emma Rogers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Stan (Linda Townsend), Donna Seavers (Gary) of Little Rock and Vicky Townsend of Cabot Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
