She is survived by: her husband Thomas Genin Godelfer Jr.; her children, Eric (Karen), Daniel (April) and Casey Polk (David); and her sister Cynthia Clerico (Clay). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to an animal welfare charity of the donor's choice.
