He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Wiley (Miller); and his children, Vergenia Taylor (Rod) of Rarden, Clay Wiley Jr. of Charleston, Patricia Chastain of Mountain Home, John Wiley (Gina) of Rudy, Ronnie Wiley (Kathy) of Watts, Jesse Garner (Kim) of Alma and Robbie Wiley of Alma, Arkansas. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
