She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Perkins and Claudia Perkins (Wommack); her husband James R. Dyer; her siblings, Susan Bradford, Donnie Perkins, Johnny Perkins and Bobby Perkins; her grandson Joshua Dyer; and her great grandchildren, Madison Faith Gregory and Austin Gregory.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Galyen of Alma, AR, Rhonda Wooden (Roger) of Fort Smith, AR, James Dyer (Sherry) of Rudy, AR and Richard Lyn Dyer of Rudy, AR; her siblings, Linda VanMeter (Jimmy), Betty Hartsfield (Dick) and Charlie Perkins (Rose); and her grandchildren, Megan, Amy, Jennifer, Jessica, Wally of Cody, LT, Zachary, Ethan, Trey, Meagan and Morgan.
