He is survived by: his wife Reba Howard (Morse); his daughters, Cindy Croom of Van Buren and Jo Ann Jordan (Kevin) of Mulberry, Arkansas; his granddaughters, Brandi Caldwell of Fort Smith and Adrienne Criswell (Jeremy) of Vilonia, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Penelope and Ansley Criswell; his brothers, Raymond Howard (Mary) of Bessemer, Donnie Howard of Palestine and Johnny Howard (Diana) of Alma, Arkansas; his siblings-in-law, Frank Gregory of Alma, Arkansas and Juanita Howard of Alma, Arkansas; and his brothers, Tim Johnson and Jason Rutherford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ocker Funeral Home of Alma Address (917 US-64, Alma, AR 72921). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Pope Cemetery.
