He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvice Brumley and Patsy Ruth Brumley (Edgar); and his brothers, Terry Brumley, Malcolm Brumley and Matthew Brumley.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Allen Brumley (Christina) of Van Buren and Daniel Wayne Brumley (Jennifer) of Alma, Arkansas; and his siblings, Charles Brumley, Karen Lamproe, Melinda Brumley and Tammy Shepard. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
