He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Osborne and Francis Osborne (Steinsezk); his wife Kathy Jo Osborne (Brooks); his children, Amber Lyna Lawrence (Stephen) of Malaysia, Joseph Damon Osborne (Shay) of Billings, MT and Devron Lee Kelley Osborne of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Lauren, Alayna, Nicholas, Simeon, Margo, Ruby and Maple; and his siblings, Barbara Booth, Laura Wofford and Dale Osborne.
