Herman James Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herman James of Alma, Arkansas, who passed away on November 3, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudie James and Edna James (Vanbrunt); his brothers, Donald James, Bill James and Dwight James; his daughter-in-law Sharon James; his granddaughter Tamra James; his great grandchild Sawyer Hill; and his sons-in-law, Jeremy West and Stack Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay; his children, Melinda Brewer of Alma, Melissa Kennedy (Kendall) of McAlister, Oklahoma and Darrell James of Hollis, Oklahoma; and his sister Edwina Clifton (Billy Ray) of Van Buren. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
