He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Alma Howard; his daughter Teri Cunningham; and his siblings, Margie Semiche, Helen Hensley, Bertha Riggs, Buford, Bill and Joe Howard.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Howard; his daughters, Tyrina McCain of Alma and Tanya Howard of Alma; his siblings, Ludy Gray of Rudy, Troy of Rudy and Harold Howard of Rudy; and his grandchildren, Chana McDonald, Kassi Shelton, Kyle Kelly, Brooke Harris, Tiara Cunningham, Falon Hanson, Dillion Cunningham, Bailey Hoffsommer, Kayla McCain, Kelsey McCain and Eli Howard. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alma Boys & Girls Club, 410 East Main Street, Alma, AR 72921.
