He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Dewayne Slape. He is survived by: his mother Kim Ballard; his daughter Isabella Slape of Enid; the mother of his child Julia Slape; his girlfriend Victoria Miller of Woodward; his brother Jonathan Slape (Kristen Roy); and his close friends, Waylon and Shala Wyrick. He is also survived by coworkers and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Brown-Cummings Chapel (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701).
