He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Moore and Mildred Moore Sr. (Miller); and his daughter-in-law Pam Moore. He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Novak (Kent) of Mulberry, Arkansas, Keith Moore (Martha) of Mulberry, Kent Moore of Van Buren and Kendall Moore of Mulberry, Arkansas; his siblings, Don Moore, Jimmy Moore, Orvella White and Ophelia McPhail; his grandchildren, Kristy Timm, Ryan Miner, Marisa Morris and Josh Moore; his great grandchildren, Emma Grace, Noah, Austin and Adeline; and his close friend Janice Ross.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ocker Funeral Home of Alma (917 US-64, Alma, AR 72921). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Pope Cemetery (8505 Pope Rd, Mulberry, AR 72947).
