He was predeceased by: his sister Suzanne Elisa Kizer; and his grandparents, Shirley, Jack Kizer, Lennie and Jim Masterson.

He is survived by: his parents, Jeri Kizer and Sam Kizer of Alma; his sister Candace Collins (Ronnie); his niece Haley Collins; and his nephew Chance Collins of Ozark.
