Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (4211 State Line Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72916).
