He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ann O'Brien Gallagher of California; his son Christopher Gallagher of Connecticut; his close friend Valeri Plum of California; and his siblings, Jeanne Gallagher of Rhode Island, Carol Cole of Rhode Island, Susan Briggs of Rhode Island, Diane Davis of California, Timothy Gallagher of Massachusetts and Sean Gallagher of Connecticut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
