He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Vinson and Rachel Vinson (Eoff); and his siblings, Ralph, Roy Jr., Joe, Dorothy, Ellen, Doris and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Vinson (Terrell); his children, Michael Vinson (Pam) of Keller, Chris Vinson (Laura) of Alma, Curt Vinson (Judy) of Friendswood, Josh Vinson of Alma, Arkansas and Deborah Vinson of Alma, Arkansas; and his sister Jean Stinchcomb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful dog and best friend.
