She is survived by: her husband Charles Lynn Shook; her children, Brian Shook (Paige) and Candi Ward (Shawn); her grandchildren, Austin Ward (Jordan), Hannah Murdock (Blake) and Torrie Shook (Grant Wagoner); her great grandchildren, Blakelynn Wagoner, Haven Murdock, Hutton Murdock, Boone Murdock, Brynlee Jo Wagoner and Barrett Ward; and her siblings, Leonard, Donald, David Garrison, Joyce Fitzhugh, Meredith Gresham and Tammy Garrison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
