David Fultz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Fultz (Alpena, Arkansas), who passed away on May 21, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Fultz to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Eugene Fultz and Iva Marie Fultz; his sister Marianne Fultz; his wife Judy Fultz; and his great grandchild Warren Gene Cole.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jill Wolf (Greg) of Springfield, MO and Pamela Disheroon (Mike) of Alpena, AR.; his children, Monica Colbert (Russell) of Alpena, AR, Mark Fultz (Dena) of Alpena, AR and Tony Fultz (Shelly) of Alpena, AR; his grandchildren, Savannah Cole (Jordan), Erica Ewing (Dalton), Rusty Colbert (Jen), Wesley Colbert, Asher Fultz, Addyson Fultz, DJ Colbert (Olivia), Maelee Richardson (Colton), Judah Fultz, Zion Fultz and Ireland Fultz; and his great grandchildren, Rosie, LinLee, Chase Ewing, Hank, Lennan Cole, Ezra Colbert and Tripp Colbert. He is also survived by Papa and Nan.
As one of the charter members of Osage Baptist Church, any donations may be made in honor of David to the OBC Youth Group.
