He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonwell Hawkins and Lola Welling Hawkins; his wife Henrietta Hawkins; and his son Terry Hawkins. He is survived by: his son Tim Hawkins (Jacque) of Garden City, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Melisa Oldham of Kansas City, Jennifer Salazar of Fayetteville, Tyler Hawkins of Kansas City, Tarah Cuppett of Pittsburgh and Shelby Taylor of Pittsburgh, Kansas. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
