He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Buchanan and Marilyn Buchanan (Brauns). He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Buchanan; and his stepsons, Timothy Hodgson, Tyler Hodgson, Trevor Hodgson and Trey Hodgson. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
