He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Capps and Ann Fox Capps; and his siblings, Judy Elaine Coit, Patricia Musticchi and Jerry Ragan.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Capps; his daughters, Kaci Hopkins (Scott), Kyndal Taylor (Skyler) and Katelyn Brown; his stepchildren, Jessie Frazier (Jason) and Dillon Offutt (Amber); his brother Gary Pete Capps (Patti); and his grandchildren, Josh Offutt, JaseBrown, Ellie Farmer, Jake Brown, Luke Bobo, Greer Hopkins, Jax Hopkins and LilyHopkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
