We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Joan Sosebee of Altus, Arkansas, born in Coal Hill, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Hurst and Georgia Colvett Hurst; her former life partner Relus; her daughter Greta Sosebee; and her siblings, Anna Self, Betty May, Jean Morrow, Laverne Lucas, Burnice Hurst, Huell Hurst, Joe B. Hurst and Bobby Hurst.

She is survived by : her husband Sosebee Grocery; and her daughters, Joetta Hawkins of Ratcliff and Patti Alexander (Steven) of Elm Springs, Arkansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, 5230 East Highway 96 Ozark, Arkansas 72949.
