She is survived by: her mother Melba Pledger Howe of Ozark, Arkansas; her children, Marilyn Owens (Brian), Melodie Dotson (Billy) of Alix, Jennifer Salazar (Steve) of Altus and Dusty Ross (Amber) of Altus; her siblings, Norma Jean Roland, Carol Ruston, Elaine Smith (Danny), Melissa Pelts (Terry), Teresa Smith, Jerry Howe (Regina), David Howe (Debbie) and Michael Howe; her sisters-in-law, Cindy Howe and Vickie Ross; her friend Linda Robbins; and her grandchildren, Jody Williams, Trent Sims, Beau Sims, Alivia Wallace, Kimberly Cameron, Matt Cameron, Chandler McCormick, Madison McCormick, Connor McCormick, Rachel Dotson, Hayden Salazar, Mary Grace Salazar, Daniel Ross (Beth), Jackson Ross, Sawyer Ross and Brian Cline. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Houston Cemetery.
