Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Coleman Reid and Esther Bise (Howard); her husband Larry Powell; and her stepfather Herbert Bise. She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Powell (Theresa) of Weiner and Shane Powell; her grandsons, Dr. Creighton Powell of Pittsburgh and Blake Powell of Jonesboro; her sisters, Christine Flowers of Center Ridge, Gayla Herring (Rick) of Tuckerman, Robin Davis of Searcy, Belinda Reid of Jonesboro, Mary Coulman (Terry) of Richland, Colleen York of Warrensburg and Clara Carlew (Mickey) of Searcy; her cousins, David Howard and Ronnie Howard; and her close friend Sally Robinette.
