He is survived by: his wife Roxye Daniel of Amity; and his children, Jackie Anderson (John) of McKinney, TX, Jim Daniels of Bismarck, Damon Daniels (Tonia) of Amity and Tim Daniels (Michelle) of Amity. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and thirty-three great-great-grandchildren.
