He is survived by : his close friend Sarita McConnell; his children, Crystal Smith (Jacob) of Twentynine Palms, Daniel Hollingshead of Tecumseh and Jonathan Hollingshead of Shawnee; his sisters, Jennifer Stinson (Tim) of Amity and Molly Young (Danny) of Amity; and his grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Johnnie Smith, Kassidy Hollingshead, Kash Hollingshead and Eli Hollingshead.
