She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Lee Holcombe and Vina Mitchell Holcombe; her husband Vernon Joe Osborn; her brother Danny Holcombe; and her grandson Christopher Cagle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Natalie Cagle of Elm Springs and Dana Lambert (Perry) of Amity; her grandchildren, Denver Austin, William Cagle, Anthony Terry and Brandi Barentine; her great grandchildren, Henry Austin, Willow Cagle and Uriah Cagle; her sisters, Patsy Burke, Theresa Hancock and Adrienne Hendrix; and her sister-in-law Gayla Holcombe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel- Glenwood. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
