He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his children, Andrew Bell (Sara) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas., Sharonda Bell of Arkadelphia, Arkansas. and Andre' Bell (Cierra) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas.; his siblings, Bessie Lee Rogers of Gurdon, Joyce Marie Brown of Gurdon, Ruby Jewel Gatlin of Gurdon, Barbara Ann Smith of Arkadelphia, Arkansas., Sammy Lee Bell and Randy Bell (Sammy Lee Bell); and his siblings-in-law, Lota Penny of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Barbara Penny of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Shar'Ron Hearn (Mark) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Christi Nelson (Keith) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Darlene Ramsey (Luther) of Hattiesburg, Debra Allen (Milton) of Vaden, Arkansas., David Penny (Vickie) of Arkadelphia and Danell Penny of Gurdon, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 bonus grandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
