With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arvilee Fulmer of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Roland and Lennie Shepherd Fulmer, Sr.; his wife Ruthie Smith Fulmer; and his brother Roland Fulmer, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Teena Davis (Wesley) of Hot Springs, Tammy Necessary of Hot Springs and Teresa Whitworth (James) of Aly; his siblings, Troy Fulmer of Arkadelphia, Diane Basco of Arkadelphia and Barbara Quinney of Arkadelphia; and his grandchildren, Matt Frazier (Bekah), Jay Frazier (Misty), Wendy Baxley (Paul), Summer Austin (Mike), Sean Necessary (Claire), Shannon Stringfellow (Bryan), Ben Necessary (Hailey), Kelli McGarrah (Jeff), Kyle Shaw (Aleia) and Kaleb Shaw (Alyssa). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
