She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Garl and Hugh Dell Smith Neel; and her husband Gary Peters. She is survived by: her son Michael Peters of Arkadelphia; and her sister Cindy Hardin of Bismarck. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
