She was predeceased by : her parents, James Robert and Vernon Ellen Hall Buck; her husband Norman Bell; her brother James Phillip Buck; and her great grandchild Chasity Bell.

She is survived by : her children, Tim Bell (Missy) of Arkadelphia, Tony Bell (Shelia) of Arkadelphia, Michael N. Bell (Bethany) of Okolona and Tiffany Bell of Arkadelphia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
