He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Cecil and Duena McMillan (Gates); his siblings, Martha Lockwood, William McMillan, Wilma Holdford, Anna Burroughs and Charline McMillan; his sister-in-law Joyce Melugin; and his close friend Ester Norton.
He is survived by: his wife Mollie E. McMillan (Melugin) of Arkadelphia; his children, Dewey C. McMillan (Tonia) and Pamela Ann McMillan of Gurdon; his grandchildren, Kayla Doherty (Clay), Macy Jones (Carthel), Harlee Pirtle (Justin) and Dusty McMillan (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Cami Doherty, Delta Jones, Kimber Doherty, Riggs Jones, Jaxon Pirtle and Tripp Pirtle.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel (517 Clay St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Center Point Baptist Church. A burial was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the South Fork Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gideons International.
