Gerry leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Gerry’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Gerry will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ellsworth and Shirley Coy Ellsworth. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Sage (James) of Woodbridge, VA and Shanna Hughes (Steven) of Arkadelphia. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Welch Funeral Home (202 S 4th St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
