It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Fulmer of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wilson and Bessie Bell Beauchamp Fulmer; his sister Hazel Tucker; and his grandson Ryan Joiner. He is survived by: his wife Vina Duncan Fulmer of Arkadelphia; and his children, Joseph Wayne Fulmer (Sherry) of Glen Rose, Lara Marie Mackey (Jeremy) of Hot Springs, Tami Lee Moore (Matthew Gollaway) of Hot Springs and Sandra Parker (Alvin) of Glen Rose. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
