She was predeceased by : her parents, William Edward and Verna Beatrice Wheeler Nicks; her son Chad Wade; and her siblings, June, Pauline, Larry and Harold Nix.

She is survived by : her husband Wendell Lee Wade of Arkadelphia; her children, Keith Wade (Kassie) of Arkadelphia and Wendy Howard (Keith) of Arkadelphia; her sister Verna Parish (Hubert) of Social Hill; her grandchildren, Britini Wade of Gurdon, Branden Howard (Kayla) of Sheridan and Karsen Howard of Arkadelphia; and her great grandchildren, Sienna Wade, Madison Wade, Kimber Howard, Austen Howard, Brett Wade and Creed Fisher.
