She was predeceased by: her parents, Elder A. B. and Rhonwyn Blevins Hall; her siblings, Elder Kilmer Lanier Hall (Helen) and Andrea Faith Huffman (Langdon); and her former husband William Harvey Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Tobin Fulmer (Misty Bellew) and John Edward Fulmer; her stepchildren, Robbie Kim Fulmer (Kendra), Jim Fulmer (Cathy) and Holly Torix (Eddie); her sister Gloria Joyce Hart; and her grandchildren, Lucas Gregory Fulmer, Kasidy Reise Fulmer, Hylan Abigale Fulmer, Wyatt Earl Fulmer and Cheyenne Wynona Fulmer.
She worked for the Ross Foundation at Henderson State University.
