He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert K. Harvey and Elsie Harvey (Conley); and his sons, Michael and Scott Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Harvey of Arkadelphia; and his children, Mardi Bonner (Vincent) and Elder Gary Harvey (Becky). He is also survived by six grandsons; two granddaughters; and ten great-grandchildren.
