He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Noble, Maggie Eason Jones, Cleo and Hazel Murchison Middleton; and his parents, Joe Louis Middleton and Leva Lee Middleton.
He is survived by: his brother Joel Middleton (Linda) of Park Forrest, IL; and his aunt Varrie Nicholson of East St. He is also survived by numerous cousins, an abundance of friends.
