She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Vernon and Mary Matilda Cooper Duncan; and her husband Jim Fulmer. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Wayne Fulmer (Sherry) of Glen Rose, Lara Marie Mackey (Jeremy) of Hot Springs and Tami Lee Moore (Matthew Golloway) of Hot Springs; and her brother Roger Neal Duncan (Connie) of Bald Knob. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
